Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your use of CyberMystic websites and digital products. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Service
CyberMystic provides digital energy analysis reports (including BaZi / Zi Wei inspired insights) and related tools for personal insight and entertainment. Content is generated with software and AI assistance. Results are not medical, psychological, legal, financial, or professional advice. You remain solely responsible for decisions you make.
Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for accurate birth data. Reports are tied to the profile and chart data used at purchase or generation time. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction (and at least 16 where required).
Purchases
Report purchases are one-time digital goods. Checkout and tax invoicing are handled by Paddle as merchant of record. Prices are shown before payment. After successful payment, the report is delivered to your CyberMystic account as an online product. Chargebacks for delivered digital goods may result in account suspension. License & ownership
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access purchased reports for your own use. You may not republish, resell, scrape, or commercially redistribute report content without our prior written permission. CyberMystic branding, software, and site content remain our property or that of our licensors.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the API, scrape the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, upload unlawful content, or use the service to harass anyone. We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create security risk.
Disclaimer
The service and all reports are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. Astrological and energetic interpretations are interpretive and subjective.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CyberMystic and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service or reliance on report content. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.
Suspension & termination
You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, engage in fraud or chargeback abuse, or if we discontinue the service. Provisions that by nature should survive (including disclaimers, liability limits, and licenses granted to us) will survive termination.
Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where CyberMystic operates the service, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence remain unaffected. Purchase disputes may also be handled under Paddle’s buyer terms where Paddle is merchant of record.
Changes
We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected on this page; for significant updates we may also notify you by email when practical.
